3. Booking and Cancellation
When you book a service through our website, you are making a request for services. Bookings are confirmed once we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the service receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable
- No-shows without prior notice are charged in full
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Pet Owner Responsibilities
As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and dietary requirements
- Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide proof upon request
- Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour
- Provide necessary supplies such as food, medication, and emergency contact information
- Ensure your pet is safe for our staff to handle
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. However, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence and shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing health conditions or injuries
- Damage caused by your pet to our staff, equipment, or third parties
- Loss or damage to items left with your pet
- Events beyond our reasonable control
